Advanced Sign (DBA: Woodland Manufacturing and CraftCuts)
My title changed from Director of Marketing to VP of Marketing when Woodland Manufacturing purchased a local sign shop, Advanced Sign and changed its name. My responsibilities grew from mainly E-Commerce to omnichannel marketing as we added a brick and mortar shop with local customers and large government contracts.
- Drive strategy to grow revenue, leverage all assets, look for efficiency in spending in all sales and marketing channels for three different brands: Woodland Manufacturing, CraftCuts, and Advanced Sign.
- Work closely with the leadership team to provide a meaningful work environment, nurture employees by seeing them as people and focus on company culture.
- Motivate the marketing team through a passion for quality work, vision casting, communicating where we are going, what we are doing, and why we are doing it. Also, focusing on individual strengths, showing appreciation, and finding ways to have them do the tasks they enjoy as much as possible.
- Show accountability through data and reporting, and being able to pivot when something isn’t working, and researching answers to questions I don’t know the answer to.
- Do any work needed to support the company and my team, including photography, copy-writing, design, data entry, and cleaning up our creative space.

- Responsible for increasing revenue, leads, and spend efficiency for the company’s major revenue channel, E-Commerce for 4 – 5 brands including Woodland Manufacturing, CraftCuts, and a big profit center at the time: Family Stickers.
